A natural for roles such as The Count in IL NOZZE DI FIGARO, he has also performed the role of Harlekin in R. Strauss' ARIADNE AUF NAXOS directed by Colin Graham. In recent seasons, Jesse performed with the Canadian Opera Company as the Aide-de-Camp in Sergei Prokofiev’s WAR AND PEACE, having previously covered the role of Pélléas in PÉLÉAS ET MÉLISANDE. In spring of 2009 he performed the role of Schaunard in LA BOHÈME for Opera Saskatoon.
